OFFICIAL PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP RULES, SAFETY & CONDUCT AGREEMENT

OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR MEMBERS

Exotic Dreams Sexual Wellness Retreat (EDR) is a private membership resort dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, discreet, and enjoyable environment for our members and their registered guests.

Membership at EDR comes with responsibilities. Every member is expected to conduct themselves with respect toward their partners, other members, visitors, employees, and resort property.

Our mission is to provide a retreat where adults can experience romance, relaxation, personal wellness, entertainment, and meaningful connections without fear of violence, harassment, theft, or disruptive behavior.

Membership at EDR requires compliance with our established rules and standards of conduct.

1. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, FIGHTING, THEFT & PROPERTY DESTRUCTION

EDR maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding:

Domestic violence and physical assault.
Fighting, aggressive behavior, and physical intimidation.
Threats, harassment, and unwanted physical contact.
Theft of resort property or personal belongings. Even if something is left unattended, we are clearly establishing to you, it is not yours, it belongs to someone else. Do not touch it. Do not take it.
Destruction, vandalism, or intentional damage to resort property.
Using any Exotic Dreams Sexual Wellness Retreat personal or resort property as a weapon.
Any behavior that threatens the safety, privacy, or well-being of members, registered guests, or employees.

These policies apply throughout the entire property, including private accommodations, swimming pools, hot tubs, entertainment areas, and all common facilities.

Personal relationships, disagreements, or disputes do not excuse violent or destructive conduct.

2. $1,000 SERIOUS CONDUCT VIOLATION FEE

EDR'S ESTABLISHED VIOLATION PENALTY FEE: $1,000

Members are hereby notified that EDR maintains a $1,000 violation fee for incidents involving domestic violence, physical fighting, theft, or destruction of resort property.

This fee is an established condition of our private membership agreement and is intended to address the serious operational, security, and property-related consequences associated with prohibited conduct due to the nature of our establishment.

EDR management maintains a strict enforcement policy. Members are expected to understand and accept these financial responsibilities before entering the property.

Documented property damage and replacement costs may also be assessed, where recoverable, in addition to the violation fee, without duplicating charges for the same loss.

By becoming a member, you acknowledge that you may be charged this fee and understand that you will be held accountable for anyone you have sponsored to enter the resort. This includes your room guests, day-pass guests, and sponsored parties.

This fee will be imposed at the discretion of Management and Ownership.

3. POLICE INVOLVEMENT & IMMEDIATE REMOVAL

EDR will not tolerate violent conduct on its property.

Acts of violence or immediate threats to personal safety will result in law enforcement notification.

Management may require individuals responsible for dangerous or prohibited conduct to leave the property without refund.

EDR also reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or restrict future membership privileges based on serious misconduct.

Members who threaten the safety of others may be permanently prohibited from returning to the resort.

4. REGISTERED MEMBERS & AUTHORIZED GUESTS ONLY

NO UNREGISTERED OR UNAUTHORIZED OUTSIDE VISITORS ARE PERMITTED.

Every individual entering Exotic Dreams Sexual Wellness Retreat must be registered, properly identified, and authorized by management.

Members may not bring outside individuals into the resort without first completing the required registration and approval process.

This includes access through guest accommodations, entrances, gates, pools, entertainment areas, and private events.

Inviting someone onto the property or giving them the entry code does not automatically grant that individual permission to enter.

Every single person entering this establishment must be registered at the front desk with proper identification and must wear their EDR issued guest identification while on site at all times.

5. $500 UNAUTHORIZED VISITOR VIOLATION FEE

EDR'S ESTABLISHED UNAUTHORIZED VISITOR FEE: $500

A member who knowingly permits an unauthorized or unregistered individual to enter the resort is subject to a $500 violation penalty fee.

This policy is designed to protect our members, preserve the privacy of our resort, and prevent individuals who have not completed our identification and registration procedures from accessing private facilities and events.

Violations may also result in removal of the unauthorized visitor and restrictions on future membership privileges.

6. IDENTIFICATION, PRIVACY & MEMBER PROTECTION

Our identification and registration requirements are essential safety measures.

Maintaining accurate member and visitor records allows management to respond to incidents involving assault, harassment, theft, unauthorized access, and other safety concerns.

All individuals must complete the resort's identification procedures before admission.

Personal information collected during registration will be maintained securely and used for legitimate resort operations and safety purposes.

7. NEW MANAGEMENT ENFORCEMENT POLICY

Historically, prior EDR management has occasionally exercised leniency when responding to disruptive behavior, unauthorized visitors, or damage to resort property.

Under our new management team, these violations will no longer be overlooked or routinely excused. We take these violations extremely seriously, as we are committed to providing a safe, healing, and wellness-focused environment.

Our rules exist to protect everyone, including our staff, and we are committed to enforcing them consistently.

Long-standing members and first-time visitors are expected to follow the same standards of conduct.

8. BYOB PRIVILEGES, GLASS SAFETY & OUR SHARED RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP EDR BEAUTIFUL

Our Unique BYOB Privilege

At Exotic Dreams Sexual Wellness Retreat, we are proud to offer our members a unique privilege: EDR is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) establishment, and we welcome members to bring their own food and beverages to enjoy during their visit.

We understand that this freedom is one of the special features that makes our private membership resort feel like a home away from home.

In return, we ask just one important thing:

Please respect our resort as you would respect your own home.

Our resort is here for your enjoyment and for the enjoyment of every other member of our community. Together, we share the responsibility of keeping EDR beautiful, clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Excessive cleaning fees may apply in extreme situations. Please be mindful of that.

Please Use the Trash Receptacles Provided

Trash receptacles are conveniently located throughout the resort property for your use.

We ask that all members and their guests make an effort to properly dispose of their food containers, beverage cans, cups, wrappers, condom wrappers and other trash.

As a small resort with a limited staff, there may be times when employees are not immediately available to clean common areas.

We understand that everyone occasionally forgets to pick something up, and we certainly do not expect perfection and our staff when here, does come around and collect things.

However, leaving excessive trash throughout the resort, around the swimming pools, in the hot tubs, or in common areas is not acceptable.

We kindly ask that you clean up after yourself and encourage your guests to do the same.

A few moments of consideration make an enormous difference in maintaining the experience everyone comes here to enjoy. As a private membership retreat, this is more of a community, not a standard hotel operation.

STRICT GLASS SAFETY POLICY

NO GLASS BOTTLES OR GLASS CONTAINERS ARE PERMITTED ON POOL DECKS, IN POOL OR HOT TUB AREAS, OR IN OUTDOOR COMMON AREAS.

This is an important safety requirement.

Many of our members enjoy walking barefoot around our swimming pools, hot tubs, and outdoor facilities. Broken glass creates a serious risk of injury and can result in swimming pool closures and extensive cleanup.

To protect everyone:

Please keep glass bottles and containers inside your accommodations.
Day-pass members must keep any glass bottles secured inside their coolers or personal bags while on the property.
Do not remove glass bottles from your cooler or bag for use on pool decks or in outdoor common areas.
Use plastic, aluminum, or other non-breakable containers when enjoying beverages outdoors.
Immediately notify management if glass is accidentally broken anywhere on the property.
Never place glass containers in swimming pools or hot tubs.

This policy is strictly enforced for the protection of our members, guests, and employees.

This Is Your Retreat, Too!

We are working hard to recreate, improve, and elevate the Exotic Dreams experience.

From enhancing our facilities and entertainment areas to introducing new activities, romantic experiences, wellness offerings, and exciting events, our goal is to make EDR a destination our members are proud to call their own.

But we cannot accomplish this alone.

We need the support of our EDR community to keep this resort beautiful, clean, safe, and relaxing.

Our members are more than visitors. You are part of the Exotic Dreams family.

And just like any family, we all share responsibility for caring for the place we enjoy together. As we will be upgrading things, and adding new features, we want to ensure the facility continues to grow and become everything each of you have expressed to us, that you would love to see!

Please be considerate of the members arriving after you, the guests relaxing beside you, and the employees working hard behind the scenes.

We recognize that sometimes things get overlooked, and we appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation.

We are a small team with big dreams, working every day to create extraordinary experiences for our members.

9. MEMBERSHIP ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing a room or day pass for our establishment, I acknowledge and agree that:

I have received and reviewed EDR's Private Membership Rules, Safety & Conduct Agreement.
I understand that violence, fighting, theft, and intentional destruction of property are strictly prohibited.
I acknowledge EDR's stated $1,000 serious conduct violation fee.
I understand that only properly registered and authorized individuals may enter the resort.
I acknowledge EDR's stated $500 unauthorized visitor violation fee.
I understand that serious misconduct may result in police involvement, removal, and suspension or revocation of membership.
I understand and agree to follow EDR's BYOB, glass safety, and cleanliness policies.
I agree to properly dispose of trash and assist in maintaining clean and safe shared facilities.
I understand that I am responsible for informing my registered guests of resort rules.
I agree to follow EDR's rules and respect the safety, privacy, and well-being of other members.
